There are some fascinating and surprising facts about our favorite snacks that we don’t know. Krispy Kreme donuts’ recipe is top secret. However, some food historians have developed their own beliefs about it. According to them, Original Glazed donuts are made of sugar, fluffed egg whites, flour, mashed potatoes, shortening, and skimmed milk. Also, did you know that this recipe was brought from a New Orleans chef in the 1930s?
