'CODA's' Troy Kotsur delivers a touching ASL speech at the Oscars

Troy Kotsur made history at the Academy Awards

The 53-year-old actor is the first deaf male to receive an Academy Award and only the second deaf performer overall.When Kotsur, who won Best Supporting Actor for his part in CODA, gave one of the most memorable speeches of the night, it was a highlight of the ceremony.
