Recording Academy on Saturday

The Recording Academy has announced that they will feature a particular segment dedicated to Ukraine on Saturday. The mission of the segment is to bring light to the ongoing crisis in Ukraine in the 2022 Grammys. Grammy 2022 is going to be telecasted on April 3, 2022. People from all around the world will glue themselves up in front of the television. Grammy has partnered up with Global Citizen and the Stand Up For Ukraine campaign. They aim to raise awareness of the affected people in the country. The 64th Annual show will feature this segment to send messages to people worldwide and contribute to the Stand Up For Ukraine campaign.

Recording Academy CEO

The Recording Academy CEO Harvey Mason Jr has been talking about the heartbroken situation in Ukraine. Mason further said that the tough and hardy people of Ukraine are still resisting the after-effects of war which is highly appreciable. The CEO further states that the segment looks for inspiration from the war-affected zones in Ukraine. It hopes to bring in enough funds and understanding for a global cause. The CEO further said that he is looking forward to the global audience who might live up to their efforts on the grounds of humanity for the critical conditions in the country.

Host Trevor Noah talked it through

Trevor Noah talked with the Associated Press back in March 2022. He said that the show would get its proper place and right stage. Noah said that talented artists would light up the stage with grace and a suitable form of balance. The awareness lies with things that we can achieve by knowing what is happening in a crisis. Acknowledging the worst things is the only way to bring in the required balances in our life.

Embrace both sides

Trevor Noah further said that it is imperative to bring in grace to celebrate the exclusive moments and keep up with both sides. One cannot acknowledge the happiness, glitz, and glamor without giving way to the ongoing war in Ukraine. So, the balance is only possible with the existence of both. The previous announcement on April 9 from Global Citizen was on the Stand Up for Ukraine pledge. The pledge brought in funds for supporting the people who have lost their houses and other properties.

The announcement was made previously

At the Global Citizen summit, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and the European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen were present. The event's main aim was to bring in enough funding and give a sense of unanimity to the refugees worldwide. The event’s main aim is to provide enough aid to displaced people due to the Russian war and attacks. The members of Global Citizen have noticed on Ukraine-Polish borders that millions of refugees are displacing themselves from the war-affected zones.

Organization’s CEO Hugo Evans

The Organization’s CEO, Hugo Evans, even went on to say that the members have been in those places where the humanitarian crisis is evident. Hugo Evans further said at the summit that millions have fled their homes due to the wars. Millions are getting raped, beaten, and killed on the spot. Global Citizen has always been quick to respond to any crisis worldwide. The members have seen it themselves that people are starving and dying due to the lack of the correct elements. It’s a global crisis that everyone must acknowledge. Global Citizen is going to start a social media rally on April 8. Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelensky took to YouTube to express his thoughts. The Ukraine president gave a call to everyone out there. It includes musicians, athletes, people in business, politicians, and actors.

The outcry is also for the elites

The international community and the elites are also there. The President has shown his interest in them for help. Grammy has decided to bring in the required light for all those sufferers in Ukraine. Only then can they acknowledge the celebration of the artists on a beautiful Sunday night. The artists will join include Alanis Morissette, Billie Eilish, Chirs Rock, Demi Moore, and Hugh Jackman. The renowned artists include Elton John, Billy Joel, Celine Dion, Green Day, and even Madonna. The 64th Grammy Awards will take place on Sunday, April 3, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. The show's telecast will take place from 8 to 11:30 pm Eastern Standard time. The show's telecast will also be there from 5 to 8:30 PM Pacific Standard Time.
