Sam's Condolence Message For Michael Lerner
Sam wrote of his uncle: I always felt special having him as my uncle because his stories always inspired me. He was the coolest, most confident, most talented guy; we are blood relatives. The best way to describe him is insane. I'm so happy I had the privilege of being with him a lot, and we are all very fortunate to watch him work for as long as we live. Sam concluded the post by saying, "RIP Michael, may you enjoy your unlimited Cuban cigars and comfy chairs throughout your lifetime."
About Michael Lerner's Successful Career
He played movie mogul Jack Lipnick in the Coen brothers' 1991 thriller Barton Fink, for which Lerner was nominated for an Oscar in 1992 for Best Supporting Actor. During the Christmas movie Elf with Will Farrell in 2003, Lerner played James Caan's boss. When Caan's son runs away, he must choose between staying at work or helping him find Buddy, and Lerner's character screams at him, "If you walk out of here, you're done with Greenway!"
