Strictly’s John Whaite Reveals He Fell In Love With Johannes Radebe And How It Affected His Relationship With His Fiancé

Strictly Come Dancing is a show where celebrities and dance together and sometimes the celebrities end dancers fall in love and this is what happened to John Whaite and Johannes Radebe. They were the first man to dance together on Strictly in 2020 and they did very well and reached the final and also fell in love with each other. John is a Baker who won the great British Bake Off in 2012 and the Johannes is a dancer who joined Strictly in 2018 and they were met by luck but they became close friends. They had a great time on Strictly where they danced for 13 weeks from the first dance to last dance and made the judges and people happy with their dancing and their friendship.

They danced a waltz to THE RAINBOW CONNECTION in week one which was for all the LGBTQ+ people who felt the alone and sad and they got a big clap and a score of 29 out of 40.

They danced a tango to EL TANGO DE ROXANNE in week 5 and it was very hot and strong with fast moves and high lifts and they got good words from the judges and score of 36 out of 40.

They danced a showdance to I AM STILL STANDING IN THE FINAL and it was a very fun and lively with lots of energies and joy and they got a perfect score of 40 out of 40 and a huge cheer from the crowd.

They also had some hard times such as John Hurt his ankle in Week 3 and his back in Week 10 and Johannes hurt his knee in Week 11. Some people did not like them dancing together with their music choices and said they had to do well and make history as the first men dancing together but they did not give up and made it to final and came second losing to Rose Ayling-Ellis and Giovanni Pernice.

Jones love for Johannes

John felt love for Johannes when they danced together on the show and felt they had love for each other. Jones said that like he cannot speak for Johannes because he is not allowed to say that legally but he felt like he loves him but he was confused by his feelings as he was with Paul for 15 years. He loved Paul very much and did not want to hurt him so he decided to be honest with him and told him about his feelings for Johannes.

Paul was hurt when he heard that and said that he needed some time to think everything because he did not want to lose him and also did not want to force him to stay.
