Johnny Depp And Amber Heard Six Thousand Pages Of Pretrial Documents

Two months after Heard was found liable for defaming Depp in a highly publicized courtroom battle in Virginia, more than six thousand pretrial files were unsealed and made public, shedding light on matters that attorneys for the sides wanted to exclude from the justice.

The court document filings included shocking allegations from Depp and Heard and never-before-seen text messages from the Pirates of the Caribbean actor.

Heard was originally sued by Depp, married from 2015 to 2017, for 50 million dollars over a 2018 Washington Post open in which she described herself as a public figure producing domestic abuse.

Though the Aquaman actress never confirmed Depp by name in the essay, his attorneys contended in the suit that she concocted the story to generate positive publicity and advance her career.

Since the trial, Heard has filed a documentary to appeal the verdict favoring her ex-husband, to who she has been ordered to pay almost 10.4 million dollars. Meanwhile, Depp seeks to overturn Heard's $2 million ruling in her countersuit against him.

Johnny Depp Submit Amber Heard’s Nudes Into New Evidence

In a court file obtained and reviewed by the New York Post and The Daily Beast, Heard's attorneys contend to bar Depp's legal team from nude images of Amber Heard into new confirmation for the trial, saying that it fell under extraneous personal matters.

The remaining things they sought to exclude from the justice included a new video from a reality show featuring Heard's sister and a history of their past romantic relationships.

Per the unsealed filing, Heard's attorneys argued to exclude Amber's brief assignment as an exotic dancer years before she met Mr. Depp.

In the documentary, her lawyers claimed that Depp's team was seeking to introduce it as new evidence to delicately and maliciously suggest or imply that Ms. Heard was at one time an escort.

Text Exchange Between Marilyn Manson And Depp

A message exchange alleged to be between Depp and longtime friend Marilyn Manson from 2016 was included in unsealed documents reviewed in which the disputable singer referred to now-wife Lindsay Usich as an amber 2.0.

Manson messages the actor that Usich pulled an amber on me by seeking a restraining order, which Heard did after the documentary for divorce from Depp.

Texts from the documentary filing showed that Depp then advised Manson not to give her what she wanted, adding, Sociopathic behavior, it is f--king real, my brother!! My ex-c--t is goddamn Textbook!!

In a separate text, Manson told Depp that there were serious police amber-type scenarios with L's family, per docs obtained by Newsweek. I'm f--king stressing, he reportedly wrote. I don't know if you are back, but I want asylum somewhere because he thinks the cops might be headed my way.

Marilyn Trial Against Amber Heard

The Sweeney Todd star's attorneys sought to exclude his texts with Manson from the trial, disagreeing in the unsealed court filed documents that it would smear Mr. Depp under a guilty by association theory.

According to Newsweek, the filing reportedly read that Ms. Heard's attempt to insert Marilyn Manson into this case lacks foundation, is wholly speculative, and constitutes improper character evidence.

Manson has been a few people accused of sexual abuse by multiple women, including his ex-boyfriend Evan Rachel Wood. For his part, the rocker-born Brian Warner has vehemently denied the allegations, calling them horrible distortions of reality in a statement released last year. In March, he filed a defamation case against Wood over her abuse claims.

Amber Heard’s Claimed From Erectile Dysfunction

In unsealed court documents reviewed, Heard's lawyers alleged the 21 Jump Street alum suffered from erectile dysfunction and that such condition is relevant to sexual violence, including Mr. Depp's anger and use of a bottle to rape Amber Heard.

While taking the stand during the six-week Virginia trial, Depp denied Heard's heinous accusations of violence and sexual violence that she attributed to me.

He added that I do not think anyone enjoys having to split themselves openly and tell the truth; however, there are times when one has to because it has gotten out of control. Horrible. Ridiculous. Humiliating. Ludicrous. Painful. Savage. Unimaginably brutal. Cruel and all false.

During his testimony, Depp denied allegations of sexual battery and physical abuse by Heard.
