25 celebrities and their weird Halloween costumes

After cosplay, Halloween was the only party acceptable for people of all ages to dress up in dressing costumes. But there exist no pre-defined costume rules for many celebrities. But Halloween is the only time we need to lose and experiment with being someone different for a day.

Halloween was the only good day for people of all ages to dress up in costume. But standard costume rules don't apply to celebrities. Whether it's to portray a character on-screen, perform on stage, or live up to the personal style they have created, the rich and famous are known to rock "costumes" reasonably regularly. And these celebrities have let their freak flags fly on All Hallows' Eve in years past. But Halloween is a time to let loose and experiment with being someone different for a day.

Katy Perry: A Cheeto

Katy Perry is always known for her great costume in the past; in 2016, she was dressed as Hillary Clinton. Of all her strangest outfits was when she dressed as a Cheeto. We can understand that Cheetos is the favorite snack of all, but seeing that as a costume, well, that's why it is considered the weirdest costume.

Heidi Klum: Jessica Rabbit

In 2015, Heidi Kum's Halloween costume as Jessica Rabbit was the most impressive. She looked identical to the cartoon character from 1988, dressed in a red curves-hugging dress, blue latex gloves, and other prosthetics to imitate Jessica Rabbits.
